It Is a Garden in the Middle of the Desert

Dubai, known for accomplishing the impossible, has set yet another standard with the aptly named Miracle Garden. This floral paradise is located in Dubailand near the Arabian Ranches, making it nothing short of a desert oasis. It’s a welcome change from all the towering skyscrapers and modern structures that dominate Dubai’s skyline. The garden’s growing popularity attests to its success as a worthy tourist destination in a city with plenty of them.

It Saves Both Water and Energy

Watering an infinite number of plants in the garden may appear to be an impossible task because it consumes up to 757,000 litres, or more than 200,000 US Gallons, of water per day. Nonetheless, the garden’s lovely appearance is preserved thanks to the use of recycled wastewater and a drip irrigation system. This keeps the flowers hydrated throughout the season. In addition, the garden is watered at night to reduce evaporation. The Miracle Garden has received accolades for its responsible water use and energy-saving methods, which save nearly 75% of water and energy.

It Offers a New Theme Every Year

At the Miracle Garden, each new season brings new and exciting themes! Every year, the designers have succeeded in surprising visitors with extravagant floral arrangements that inspire awe and wonder. The Floral Clock, Floating Lady, Teddy Bear, castles, pyramids, and collection of peacocks with dazzling flowers for plumage are all examples of their dedication to providing visitors with a one-of-a-kind experience each time they visit. The frequently changing themes promise to add value to your trip while also ensuring that you return for more.

They are housed in ten climate-controlled domes where you can observe them in their natural habitat. What’s more exciting is that you can see their beautiful transformation from egg to caterpillar to pupa to colourful, winged butterfly up close. All year, visitors are welcome to come and share their passion for one of nature’s most fascinating creatures.

When to Visit Dubai Miracle Garden

The Miracle Garden opens its door just while it is still ‘winter’ in the UAE from December to February. If you want to avoid the crowds and take several photos with fewer intruders, come as early as the opening hour (i.e. 10:00 AM). If you want to see the garden’s two personalities, come an hour before sunset. Then you’ll get to experience the day and night personas. However, it would be quite crowded, but manageable. The sunset can enhance the photos and ambience.
