Dubai Dolphinarium is located in the heart of Dubai, in the magnificent Creek Park. All visitors must have an NOL card. To enter Creek Park, the card should have a credit of at least AED 5 (for each person). Dubai Municipality imposes this fee, which is non-negotiable. If attendees do not have an NOL card, they can purchase one at the gate for AED25. If you are living in the Bur Dubai district, then you’re in luck.
