The indoor ski resort, which opened to the public in November 2005, covers an area of 22,500 m². It is considered one of the most adventurous things to do in Dubai. The adventure resort has an 85-meter mountain peak as high as a 25-story building! 1. SKING ON THE SLOPES
One of the first things to do at the Mall of the Emirates Ski Dubai is head to the slopes for skiing fun. You can try out the slopes by yourself or join the ski school as a group. 2. EXPLORING THE SNOW PARK
At this 4,500 sq. m. snow park, you can build your own snowman, or go tobogganing or sledging. You can even climb towers or explore the indoor ice cave.

3. MEET THE PENGUINS
Encountering the penguins is one of Ski Dubai’s most popular activities for children and adults. Here are some packages you can choose from. All penguin meetings start at 12 pm and run every 30 minutes, until 9 pm.
- Peng-Friend Encounter: You will have a 40-minute period where you will meet two species of penguins, Gentoo and Emperor Penguin, and learn all about them. They also provide you with a locker.

- Snow Plus-Penguin Encounter: Here you have 75 minutes to meet two species of penguins and learn all about them. You can also take pictures with the penguins, which you can snap back as a souvenir, and enjoy a complimentary hot chocolate to keep you warm.

- Ultimate Peng-Friend: This gives you unlimited access to Snow Park rides, a single forklift, the Mountian Thriller ride, and a 75-minute Peng encounter. There are also lockers, hot chocolate drinks, photos, and souvenirs.

- Swim with the Penguins: It includes everything from The Last Penguin plus a 15-minute swim with the penguins.
