If you do not know where to go exactly, we are going to help you. In this article, we are going to introduce you to the top amusement parks in this country, and the rest is all on you. All you have to do is to choose what you find the most interesting, unless you would like to visit them all.
1. Al Montazah Parks
Al Montazah Parks is located on the site of the former Al Jazeera Park, which has been one of Sharjah’s most popular recreational areas since 1979. The park now covers approximately 126,000 square meters and includes two main sections, including the region’s first-of-its-kind the Pearls Kingdom Water Park and the Island of Legends Amusement Park, as well as a dedicated green space ideal for picnics and events.
With its unique theme (which highlights the mythical tale of the Pearl of Knowledge) and over 35 exciting water rides and attractions, Pearls Kingdom will transport you to an ancient kingdom! At the Island of Legends, you’ll embark on a time travel journey that will take you across nine countries, allowing you to experience their classic innovations and inventions through 25+ rides.
2. IMG Worlds Of Adventure
IMG Worlds of Adventure Dubai is an indoor theme park that has been designed to provide an immersive experience for visitors. The park is spread over an area of 100 acres and has more than 40 rides and can handle 20,000 customers per day. The park is located in Dubai, UAE and was opened in 2016. The Park has no connection to the multinational corporation or company called IMG. But the “IMG” stands for the initials of the founding family of the park, Ilyas & Mustafa Galadari Group.
3. Dreamland Aqua Park
Dreamland Aqua Park, located on the scenic coastline of Umm Al Quwain, is one of the UAE’s oldest waterparks. The water park, which covers an area of 250,000 square meters, opened in 1997. It is still one of the most popular things to do in Umm Al Quwain today (UAQ).
Dreamland Aqua Park UAQ has rides, slides, and attractions for people of all ages. With over 30 different activities to try at the aqua park, it can be difficult to fit everything in within the time constraints.
4. Aquaventure Waterpark
Aquaventure Waterpark at Atlantis, The Palm promises a world of adventure that will make you feel different in more ways than one. Ride 30 slides and attractions, laugh your way down Dubai’s longest Lazy River, and unwind on 500m of private beach. Thrill-seekers can scream down world-record-breaking waterslides, while young families will appreciate Splashers Island’s safety, and animal lovers can get up close and personal with dolphins, sea lions, sharks, and stingrays.
5. Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi
This is the world’s largest indoor theme park, measuring 1.65 million square feet and costing $1 billion. Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi is a fantastic place to explore and immerse yourself, with six fantastic lands to explore. Inside the sprawling space, expect to rub shoulders with DC heroes such as Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman, as well as famous Looney Tunes and Hanna-Barbera characters such as Tom and Jerry, Bugs Bunny, Scooby-Doo, and The Flintstones.
The six lands are Gotham City and Metropolis (where you can follow the adventures of DC’s most popular superheroes), Cartoon Junction, Bedrock and Dynamite Gulch, and Warner Bros. Plaza, which has all the glitz and glam of old-school Hollywood.
6. Ferrari World Abu Dhabi
Ferrari World Abu Dhabi is the world’s first Ferrari-branded theme park, celebrating the legendary racing marque’s passionate spirit. Its iconic structure houses a plethora of high-adrenaline rides, including the world’s fastest rollercoaster, family-friendly attractions, cutting-edge simulators, live shows, and an inspiring treasure trove of racing memorabilia. Two stores and a variety of restaurants celebrate authentic Italian culinary traditions, making it the place to live the true Ferrari story. Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, which is open 365 days a year, provides a one-of-a-kind experience for visitors of all ages in a refreshing, indoor, climate-controlled environment. Ferrari World Abu Dhabi is a centrepiece of Yas Island, the UAE’s premier leisure and entertainment destination.
7. Yas Waterworld
Yas Waterworld in Abu Dhabi is not only one of the largest in the Middle East, but it is also one of the top ten in the world. The water park covers an area of 37 acres, which is equivalent to 15 football fields. Yas Waterworld, which opened in 2013, has 40 rides and attractions, some of which are unique.
Yas Waterworld honours the Emirate heritage in an unusual way. This water park’s theme is based on the story of an Emirati girl who goes in search of The Lost Pearl. The large pearl that sits on top of the Jebel Dhana as the centrepiece of Yas Waterworld is the highlight of this water park. The park’s zones, décor, and atmosphere are all based on Emirati folklore and the pearl.
8. Ski Dubai
Ski Dubai, located inside Dubai Mall of the Emirates, is the world’s third-largest indoor ski slope and the first in the Middle East. 6,000 tons of snow are at your disposal with a chair lift and a t-bar. The qualified instructors will help you improve your skills and have you carving up the powder in no time, whether you just want to learn the basics or get good enough to fly off a 10 ramp. In the dedicated freestyle zone, you can practice jumps, ramps, and tricks. The Snow Penguins can now be met up close and personal in a one-of-a-kind intimate encounter that the entire family will enjoy.
9. Dubai Parks and Resorts
At Dubai Parks and Resorts, expect excitement, jaw-dropping shows, adrenaline-pumping rides, and endless movie-themed fun for the entire family. Dubai Parks and resorts, which spans over 25 million square feet (roughly the size of a small country), is home to MOTIONGATETM Dubai, BOLLYWOOD PARKSTM Dubai, LEGOLAND ® Dubai, and LEGOLAND ® Water Park, the region’s first splash-fantastic destination for families with children aged 2 to 12. Every theme park has incredible entertainment for little (and big) kids… Meet the Smurfs, dance with the animals from Madagascar, and go on wild rides through magical worlds inspired by every kid’s favourite movies and pure imagination.
10. Legoland Dubai
LEGOLAND is a theme park for families based on the hugely popular LEGO building blocks. The exciting Dubai arena is part of the much larger Dubai Parks and Resorts complex, which also includes two other theme parks, Motiongate and Bollywood Parks. LEGOLAND Dubai is divided into two parts: the Theme Park and the Waterpark.
