Let’s Get to Know IMG Worlds of Adventure
For those who have not heard about this place before, here is a quick introduction that will heighten your excitement and surely encourage you to pay a visit there.
IMG Worlds of Adventure is an indoor leisure park in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is Dubai’s first mega-themed entertainment destination. This park is divided into five “epic zones”. Two of the five zones accurately represent the international brands, Cartoon Network and Marvel. IMG Boulevard and the Lost Valley – Dinosaur Adventure zones are authentic ideas created by the IMG Group. Novo Cinema is the fifth part of IMG Worlds of Adventure. A settlement was signed between Novo Cinema and IMG World of Adventure in May 2015. The Park has no connection to the multinational corporation or company called IMG. But the “IMG” stands for the initials of the founding family of the park, Ilyas & Mustafa Galadari Group.
IMG Worlds of Adventure is the second greatest temperature-managed indoor-themed leisure vacation spot in the world. It has an area of more than 1.5 million square feet. With the potential to welcome more than 20,000 customers a day, the vacation spot has roller coasters, thrill rides, and different points of interest based on famous Cartoon Network characters, iconic Marvel Super Heroes and animatronic dinosaurs. Other interesting facilities range between themed retail shops and eating venues, as well as a 12-screen Novo cinema complex.
IMG Worlds of Adventure is located inside the City of Arabia, alongside Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road. This is not the only theme park in Dubai. Make sure to check out Dubai Parks and Resorts also for an amazing experience.
History of the Place
Definitely, some of the readers have got curious to know more about the parties that helped bring this magical world into existence. In fact, this park, which was constructed by the Ilyas & Mustafa Galadari Group, was part of the City of Arabia development project. This project itself is a part of Dubailand, which was stalled due to the 2008 property crash. In April 2014, the park got a Dh1.2 billion loan from the Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank. And now the park is valued at over Dh3.6 Billion. On August 31sth, IMG Worlds opened its doors to guests to become one of the most sought-after places in Dubai. It is no wonder that many people choose to go there to spend the best times of their life. Because this park includes 17 themed rides, some of them bespoke rides and are only to be found at IMG Worlds.
IMG Worlds of Adventure has in its plans to come up with more such projects to entice and attract domestic and international tourists to the country.
